Heaven's Saints Ministerial Licensing
The following are the steps for licensing:
1. Submit a Heaven's Saints Ministerial Application form. These can be obtained on the website or by contacting our National Chaplain at the address below. This application will need to be signed, not only by the person applying for ordination and/or licensing, but also by a chapter president, state representative, or national officer of the Heaven's Saints.
Male applicants for ordination certificates and licensing must have completed three (3) years of membership with the Heaven's Saints to submit an application. Women applying for licensing to minister to women in confinement, i.e. hospitals, prisons, etc. also need to have completed three (3) years of membership with the Heaven's Saints to submit an application.
2. Once your completed application is received, we will mail a Licensing Questionnaire to you within 10 days of receipt of your application. Please complete this and return it within 30 days of receipt.
3. Your application and questionnaire will be reviewed by our Chaplain Review Board. They meet in January and June each year, so you will need to have submitted your Heaven's Saints Ministerial Application and Licensing Questionnaire to our National Chaplain by Dec. 1st or May 1st, whichever is closer. . The Review Board meets twice a year, once at the National Rally in June, and once at the Officers Meeting held in January each year. This board consists of a minimum of 3 chaplains. You will be required to appear before the Review Board when they meet. Exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances, but these must be approved at the next meeting of the Review Board.
