NEWS AROUND THE US AND CANADA

Western North Carolina Chapter:

I just came back from a great weekend at our annual rally in Dandridge and I had a wonderful time. Sunday I was troubled in my spirit and I call that ?heartburn.? I get that when I have something troubling my heart. God was speaking to me about something I hadn?t considered before. I believe God was showing me that no matter what our background, we all have a testimony we can share and relate to others.

I've been called a white-collar biker. Well, maybe I am. I have a good job, a good education and a good family. I?ve been raised in the church since I was a baby. Yes, my drug problem was different. I got drug to Sunday School, Prayer Meeting, Church and Vacation Bible School by my mom every chance she got. I was saved when I was 13, but that didn?t mean I was always a good boy. Noooooo. I started riding motorbikes when I was 14, girls at 15, smoking, funny drugs, crime and just further away from Him about every year after and the list goes on. God never let me go ? I?m possessed! Praise God! I believe God was showing me that no matter what our background, we all have a testimony we can share and relate to different people.

Approaching a biker who is in a 1? club or a rich educated lawyer sitting on a BMW can be equally difficult. They are both going to Hell if somebody doesn?t tell them about Christ. They both have something in common with us and we have something they need to hear about. Both can tell you about child abuse and wife abuse, drug abuse and stealing, cheating, sex and murder. Some of them are so rich they don?t even think they need God. Talk about the great lies of Satan ? just listen to some of those guys who think they don?t need Christ or don?t believe in that fairy-tale stuff because they went to college and took ±Foolosophy½. They?ll tell you they aren?t bad men or women; religion is for poor uneducated folk. You know and I know that they are going to hell just as fast as anyone else.

I encourage you all, no matter what your background, there are lost souls who need Jesus and who come from the same background as you do. May God Bless and Keep You Safe ? Monty Fuchs ? Western NC Chapter Pres.

Western North Carolina State Rep.:

First of all, I'd like to say that this years National Rally was awesome! All the organizers of this event did a great job! Although I was a little short on cash and didn't get one yet, the t-shirt design for this year was excellent.

Once again, I'd like to thank Bruce and Donna Potenza, Tommy and Tammy Odom, and Steve and Felicia Novakovich for all their help in purchasing the power chair for Dennis Terven. Also, I'd like to thank all the brothers in the Officers Meeting for donating money to help Woody and Suzy out. Just to let you know, that money helped them get their trailer and do the necessary repairs on it. It also paid their way to Indiana to get it. We've got two, maybe three more months, of warm weather left here in North Carolina. It has been a constant worry to me of how we were going to get those two out of the bad weather. You folks have helped make that possible. North Carolina mountain weather is damp, cold, windy and unforgiving. There is another blessing I'd like to share. Woody managed to obtain a brand new generator. This is going to be very helpful when there are power outages here. With the strong winds we receive, it's not uncommon to lose power. Everything is looking good!

Dennis is out in Sturgis for the next few weeks representing the ministry. He makes his trip out there every year. Last year he helped local churches with some construction work, passed out Bibles and tracts, and did some one on one ministry with the bikers who attend that rally. We're praying for safe travel back to North Carolina. He informed me that he's in North Carolina to stay, and will be helping with outreach ministry on the streets in Asheville.

We have upcoming events throughout this area, especially in the late Summer and Fall. The Western NC Chapter will be concentrating on the upcoming biker rallies in the area. Steve and Felicia Novakovich will be working on their annual Diaper Run for the Wilson Pregnancy Center. Rondla Smith, in Concord, NC is going to be working some of the rallies and events in the Charlotte-Concord, NC area. I'll give updates on those events when I get them. I will continue to work to build chapters here in W. North Carolina, and will also be out on the streets in Asheville for more outreach. I would like to express my congratulations to "Deadeye" for his assignment as S. Florida Rep. And to Tim Carson for his position as Canadian Rep. I think their areas are going to grow and prosper. Good choices for leadership! Best of wishes to both. I would also like to congratulate Rodney Gross of Virginia for putting together a new chapter in Richmond. Excellent job!

Prayers go out to Lamar Richardson. We pray that his broken ankle heals up and that his bike gets fixed. We also pray for John Rogers, this his injuries heal, and his bike gets fixed. Special thanks to Billy Deel and Donny for helping pick up Lamar?s bike. That was a great ride, brothers! God bless! CJ Jaggard, Western North Carolina State Rep.

Walton County Chapter:

Greetings everyone from Walton Co. Chapter. It has been an exciting and very busy year. We have been truly blessed each and every day. Our chapter has really grown this year. God has blessed us with very loving and spirit filled brothers and sisters. To let you know about our ministry, we go to Atlanta, Ga. Where we feed the homeless. We go to wherever they are, old buildings, under bridges wherever God directs us to go, we are there. Since we've grown we were praying for a van. God blessed us with one. (Ask and it shall be given.) He is so faithful as his word teaches us. We were also praying for an air conditioner unit for the top of the van. Yes, God is so good he blessed us with a motor home that we can use the parts off of. His blessings keep coming and provisions keep pouring in. We've had food, clothing and shelves and much more donated to the Ministry. But above all it?s wonderful to see how God works with each of us. The time we spend with our new friends is such a blessing. Not only do we look forward to our trips, but they do also. Everyone is so sweet and they appreciate even the smallest things. Like a hug and a smile. That you remember them by name and that we're praying for them. We always ask if they have any prayer requests. Isn't it funny here they are homeless, and they are praying for their family or maybe a job. Makes you stop and ponder! I wish I could really describe everything that happens when we are all together. Like the sky is somehow bluer, and even though it?s been hot, there is always a breeze. Each time seems to be more special. We've had men wanting to get help and receiving it. (yes you can make a difference in someone?s life.) We're always asking if there is anything they want or need. But sometimes they just smile and say no. (Can you even imagine?) They take only what they need nothing else, or they may suggest something for another person. What an example they are. Taking only what they need and looking out for others!! Exactly like Jesus said. Yes, God can and still works thru any and every person he created. Yes, you can say that we are truly blessed and our lives have been enriched with the friends God continues to send our way. As always be content in each and every circumstance you find yourself in, And know that God is in control. May our Lord and Savior be with you now and always forever. Love in Christ, Katharine Lowe, Walton County, GA Chapter

Northwest Florida Chapter:

Several members of our chapter took part in a Bill Glass Day of Champions at the State Prison in Defuniak Springs, FL. We were able to talk personally, one-to-one with inmates and were privileged to pray the sinner's prayer with several. We plan to make this a regular part of our chapter's ministry, whenever there is opportunity. Bill Glass ministries will have a weekend event here in Marianna the last weekend in October. Thanks to Z-Man for letting us know about this event.

We would like to invite any who can, to attend our Biker Sunday at Page Pond Assembly of God, Altha, FL on October 1. Curtis Jamieson will be speaking. For more information, contact Chester or Mary Huckaby, 850-209-5511 or huckaby@gtcom.net

Florida Prison Letter:

Greetings in the name of Jesus! I trust all is well your way and you all are richly blessed beyond measure. This is a thank you letter for several members of your ministry who visited us today during the Bill Glass ministries day of Champions. It meant a lot to me to see the bikers come in. I thanked them for coming. I hope we bless them as much as they blessed us. I recall 2 of them riding up from Tampa, ±Z-man½ and ±Deadeye½. I would like to thank the two of you from the bottom of my heart for riding the 400 miles just to spend the day with us. I?d also like to thank Johnny K with that unusual denim hat for also making the trip up here as well. I love you guys! Sorry our time together was short. Your presence was a blessing! I hope we blessed in some way and the trip us here wasn?t in rain. I thanked as many as I could for coming. I have asked this to be printed in the upcoming newsletter. I am the bro who told the bros that I hope we inmates bless you guys in come way! Johnny K said ±we are blessed the most½! I was glad to hear it! You guys give up your time and come spend time with us, I feel its only fair that we bless you! Personally, I wish none of you visit us and go away without feeling blessed. The way I read my Bible, we are to bless each other! Being able to talk to a bro or 2 that I can relate to means the world to me. I hope and pray you bros who visited know how much your visit meant to us. First time I had seen scoots up close in 3 years. Today?s visit meant a lot to me. Seeing you guys eat lunch with us was something else. Either you had a death wish or were awful brave!! Again, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to all the members of Heaven?s Saints who visited us today (7/15/2006) and shared Jesus with us. I pray all your journeys are safe, and you continue to touch souls and receive many rewards for your efforts! Thanks you! I love you all! In His Name, Gary Breeze 918086 A2103L, Walton Correctional Institution, 691 World War Two Veterans Lane, Defuniak Springs, FL 32433

Tampa Bay, FL Chapter:

It seems we are always busy in FL, with out much change of seasons there is always something going on. We, as a chapter do at least one m/c event per month, apart from that we'll visit about 8 state prisons though out FL with Bill Glass Ministries. These are motorcycle on compound prison invasions where we (bikers & bikes) are a part of the show. To see 100 inmates come to Christ at one time is "God Awesome" Our ministry tent is set up at a quarterly bike night in the town of Zephyrhills. The town shuts down to cars and opens up to bikes and vendors, bands and bike shows. Our presence over there is well known. We have water, coffee, books and stuff for kids to hand out for donations. When we get to pray with someone and lead them into God's Kingdom it is Awesome to say the least. At promptly 10PM the town shuts off everyone has to be packed up and out quickly. Last week at 9:55PM a man walked up searching for something better in his life---by 10PM another soul was snatched from the enemy. This year we have acquired a vendor's spot at the Biketoberfest in Daytona Beach. Our Georgia State rep. Chip Huff knows some people from Jam On productions, who have donated our space. Praise God. If any of you are planning to come to Daytona for this event. come by the flea market to help out in our tent, we always need more soldiers. Miles for Ministry-- among our supporters there are a few General Contractors here that have helped us each year financially, Greg Veltman, Tim Strayre & Jerry Glaser. A special thanks to you men for your support, may God richly bless you guys. Keep all our supporters in your prayers. In January this year we began a men's & women's bible study- the men meet every Tuesday night and the women every other. It's important that we grow together in the Lord and to have men in our lives to sharpen us. No man is an island. Every man in our chapter has a word from God to share, so we try to encourage that in each of us. Well I've rambled on long enough. Tampa Bay is Alive and well. Until next time. Keep the rubber side down and be safe. We thank God for allowing us to use our motorcycles as tools for Him, Tampa Bay Heaven's Saints M/M

Rodney Gross, Virginia State Rep.:

Thank you JESUS, first and always want to thank JESUS for all HE has done and is going to do. I also want to give thanks to all our supporters. They help this ministry in so many ways. Some are there to set up, tear down, some are there when you just need a hand. Some help with cash donations and that helps us get bibles, flyers and all the other things JESUS wants us to have for this ministry.. For without HIM we are lost and without supporters so many things would not get done. So from my heart I thank you all and you all are in my prayers. Call me if I can help you in anyway, Thanks.

WOW! The new Central Virginia Chapter is on fire. We are moving in so many directions and always telling others about JESUS.I want to thank the new members and the soon to be members for all the hard work with all the events we have going on. Keep up the good work! Also a special prayer and thanks for Rey (Jesus? mail man) for riding to Sturgis to hand deliver the mail to a special man. Jesus it's in your hands now, as it has always been. We love you Rey and also your loving wife for her support (and for putting up with you) ha ha. Rey's tapes have been a blessing to all that receive them.

PRAISE GOD I have 4 round tires on my bikes and running around trying to keep up with all the events going on. Telling others about JESUS and showing HIS love. Looks like a lot more going on soon: Sept. 1-3 Outer Banks bike week, Sept. 9 Iron Titans poker run Tazwell, Sept. 10 Hooters bike show Chesterfield, Sept. 14-17 Delmarva bike week, Sept. 16 Valley Thunder, Sept. 16 POW/MIA Run Bedford, Sept. 22-24 Chesapeake cycle mania, Sept. 23-24 AHDRA Drag Richmond, Sept.
